403 cpu-basic quota limit - only one Space, already paused

Hi Hugging Face team,

I’m getting the following error when trying to restart my Space:

403: You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your
account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.

Details:

  • Username: Oumamach
  • Space: Oumamach/ppe-detection-docker
  • SDK: Docker (Gradio)
  • Hardware: CPU Basic (Free)
  • Status: Paused

This is my only Space on the account (confirmed on my profile page:
“Spaces 1”), and it is already paused. I have no other Spaces to pause.

I also added $5 of prepaid credit to my account, but this had no
effect on the error.

I noticed several other users have reported the exact same issue
recently on this forum. Could you please check if my account has a
stuck quota flag that needs clearing?

This Space is used for a university final-year project (student
capstone) with an upcoming presentation deadline, so a quick fix
would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Oumamach a similar question was asked here: 403 cpu-basic quota limit on my only Space (maelanoi/plantdoctor-ai).

Since you added credits already, you can use cpu-upgrade or other hardware to run your Space: Hardware Specs.

Or you can upgrade to PRO to unlock cpu-basic hardware for your Space :hugs:
