403 cpu-basic quota limit on my only Space (maelanoi/plantdoctor-ai)

Hi Hugging Face team,

I’m getting the following error when trying to restart my Space:

403
You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.

Details:

  • Username: maelanoi
  • Space: Plantdoctor AI - a Hugging Face Space by maelanoi
  • SDK: Gradio, Hardware: CPU Basic (Free)
  • This is my only Space in the account, and it is currently in Paused state.
  • I have no other Spaces to pause.
  • This Space is used publicly and for free by farmers and agricultural officers in Mae Lan Noi District, Mae Hong Son Province, Thailand, to diagnose plant diseases.

I’ve tried restarting multiple times over the past hour with no success. Could someone from the HF team please check if there’s an account-level quota issue or a backend quota-state problem?

Hi @maelanoi! To unlock cpu-basic hardware for your Space, upgrade to PRO :hugs:

Or you can add credits to your account to upgrade your Space to more CPU/GPU hardware options at anytime.
