Hi Hugging Face Team,
I created my first and only Space yesterday. It is a Docker Space.
I am getting the following error when trying to run it:
“403: You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.”
- This is my first and only Space (no other spaces exist on my account).
- My account is email-verified.
- I do not have a “Phone number” section in my account settings to verify further.

Could you please check if my new account is stuck in a backend quota restriction or sandbox? I would like to use the free CPU Basic tier as intended.
