BioReason-Pro v2, 9B backbone, trained with InterProScan residue features, epoch 07.
Evaluate it with the prompt template it was trained on. The two arms take different context and are not interchangeable at inference time. See the repository README for the exact invocation, and the dataset at adibvafa/bioreason-pro-v2.
Requires --go_embeddings_path when used with predict.py, because a converted
checkpoint carries go_encoder.pt rather than a precomputed go_embedding.pt.
